Cuisinart's Mini-Prep Plus is one of the most-used items in my kitchen. Chopping garlic takes just a few seconds with this little Cuisinart, and cleanup is easy. For quickly beating a couple of eggs, grating hard cheese or chopping nuts, it makes food prep easier, takes up minimal counter space and costs less than $40.
